toast.

one of my other current projects i foreshadowed in yesterday's post was for the uber, cool, hip and fun event design company here in santa barbara TOAST. my friend ashley called me up a few weeks ago and asked me to help them create some images for their newly renovated website (to be released soon). i happily obliged because i secretly love taking detail photographs of pretty things. and ashley and kim know how to create pretty things. first, we set out to create the "cover" image for their website. the sun was setting and the champagne was de-bubbling, so we had to work fast. and that we did. here is the image we came up with and that will soon be featured on their new site.


then just last week, the dynamic duo had me photograph two beautiful table settings for private dinners at gorgeous homes in montecito. it was awesome to see them in action, and of course, to be in these incredible mansions. i was stoked. pretty things to photograph indeed.




so, for all your life's celebrations, call toast. they are simply the best. plus they are so fun to work with.
